1. Data Processing

• User Input: When you enter text into the App, this text is sent to the OpenAI API in order to generate AI-based learning content.
• Local Storage: Your progress, settings, and learning paths are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own servers and do not store your data externally.
• No Account Required: We do not require registration or collect names, email addresses, or other identifiers unless you provide them voluntarily inside free text fields.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality: generating and displaying personalized learning paths and challenges.

3. Third Parties

• OpenAI, L.L.C. (San Francisco, USA) provides the AI service. Text you enter is transmitted to OpenAI’s servers to generate responses.
• Apple Inc. processes data related to downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions.

4. International Data Transfers

Since OpenAI is based in the USA, data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. OpenAI is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (“performance of a contract”), as the processing is necessary to provide the App’s core functionality.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Restrict processing.
• Object to processing.
• Data portability.
